A local Realty company in Leland, NC had frozen pipe burst in the men’s restroom on the 3rd floor of their building. The three story building, in addition to housing the realty company, house multiple other businesses that were affected on the 1st and 2nd floors. SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus Counties was called out immediately to help with this loss which included multiple inches of standing water in various locations in the building.
