Frozen Pipe Floods Home in Leland

During the winter storm season, many experienced frozen pipes.  A busted pipe from freezing temperatures leaked water for an entire evening before being discovered, SERVPRO was dispatched on a Saturday afternoon to help these homeowners with their unlucky problem. Adjacent to the powder room where the broken pipe was located, the kitchen flooring was heavily affected with water. This prompted SERVPRO technicians to remove flooring and set drying equipment as quickly as possible to mitigate the home and prevent mold growth.
